
Parallel to the Grand Line from it's north and south, there exits a stretch of ocean, where the waters are completely still. No wind, and no ocean currents exists in these areas, effectively making sailing a ship in these waters, next to impossible. It is here, where Sea Kings nest, hostile to everything that moves on these waters.
The danger of Sea Kings and the nonexistent ocean currents, serve as a barrier for anything trying to enter the Grand Line directly from one of the blues, making passage impossible. Ages ago, the World Government scientist Vegapunk, harnessed the essence of the sea itself, in a material called Kairoseki. By lacing the bottom of their ships w/ this materials, the World Government has been able to cross the Calm Belt w/ ease, the Kairoseki making their ships "invisible" to Sea Kings.

Twinking is a form of cheating giving your character an inappropriate powers or abilities. There are still bounderies and restrictions in each power before having an access with so try to level yourself.
