My Zanpaktou:

Name:Washikitsune (meaning Eagle-Fox)
  Call: Kakeru, Washikitsune (Soar, Washikitsune)

Released: The sword now resembles a metal wing (see pic)
  Attacks: Hanekiritateru (Feather Slash) I slash the ground in a straight line so some featerblades grow up from
  the ground and are fired against the oppent.
  Yobidasu Hisan (Summon Bird) The featherblades from my shikai are detached from the sword and
  come together to form a metal bird that fights alongside me.

Bankai: My sword detaches its featherblades and goes back to normal form. The featherblades become a mystic glow
  and surrounds me as a sphere. After about 5 seconds the glow dissapears, and inside i have transformed to my 
  ultimate form. Out of a metal plate at my back, two metal wings, resembling my released form, have grown, 
  and also a multibladed fox-tail (you can see a small detail resembling it on the handle of my sword).
  I also have a pretty big metal beak facing down on my chest. If i want, i can "fold" the beak over my head, so i
  can fly at a greater speed, and charge with it.
  It may pe hard to picture in your mind, but it is pretty cool and strong.

Status: No squad has "hired" me yet, but i'm waiting.
