This Anime tells about what a Society of today can develop into. A person\'s emotions and overwhelmed feelings can stimulate him/her to commit crimes.

Psycho-pass presents a future society where a special system called the \"Sibyll\" system can instantly measure a person\'s mental stress and personality then calculate his/her \"Crime Coefficient.\" Inspectors and Enforcers can then quickly apprehend people exceeding their crime coefficient to prevent more crimes.

 But is this \"Sibyll system\" really right for society? When it prevents a person for having his/her own desires? Watch Inspector Tsunemori and Enforcer Kagami and their investigation on dark and vicious crimes to find out.

Psycho-Pass is one of my current favorites.  The story is based in a not to distant future.  Where crime intent is measured by a computer system called \\\"Sybil\\\".  Human Detectives work together with this system and former criminals turned good to eliminate any potential threats. The weapons used by the detectives are called Dominators.  They are powerful and epic.  I will leave it at that.

This series is currently at 13 episodes at the time of this review.  If you like Ghost in a Shell this will surely be one of your favorites.   It is very dialogue heavy with a terrific story line.  Twists and new information is uncovered multiple time in each episode.  It is very fast paced.  The style is very dark with tragic story twists. While the action level is not as high as several similar anime you are still going to get some action in every episode.

Shiya Kougami is the best character in the series without question.  He may be the second lead but he has the most depth and potential moving forward.  You want this guy to win at all times!

The animation is also very high quality. Mid to high level of detail in every scene.  And they take there time when it comes to dialogue animation!  which every other anime needs to take note of.

All and All this is a 9/10
